Volant Vibes is an online store offering fun, feel-good products like t-shirts, mugs, and candles. Whether you’re shopping for a gift or just want something that makes you smile, our designs are made to stand out.


Ordering and Payment

How do I place an order?
Browse our shop, pick your favorite design, choose your size and color, and click “Add to Cart.” Then head to checkout to wrap things up — easy as that!

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be updated or canceled within 24 hours of placing them. Just email us at contact@volantvibes.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.


Shipping and Delivery

Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment — we currently ship only within the United States.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing usually takes 1–3 business days. Once it ships, most orders arrive within 1–5 business days. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it’s on the way.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on what you order and where it’s going. Exact rates will be calculated at checkout.


Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective, within 30 days of delivery. Just email us at contact@volantvibes.shop with your order number and a description of the issue.

Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are only available for damaged or defective items. Reach out with your order details, and we’ll help you get it sorted.

Do you offer refunds?
Absolutely — if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll issue a refund. Just shoot us an email at contact@volantvibes.shop to get started.
